Every time you repair with Swift Appliance Repair, we guarantee our services. Our repair comes with for 6-months warranty on parts and labor (If no parts have been replaced, warranty period may vary).
If the same problem reoccurs all you need to do is to call us, and we will provide complimentary service at your convenience. Techs are usually dispatched back within 1-3 business days (availability during weekends and holidays may vary).
The manufacture warranty on parts depends on the brand and type of appliance and can be confirmed at the time of the repair upon your request.
The warranty will only cover the parts we’ve replaced and the labor we’ve provided.
However, the warranty does not cover:
Wrong or excessive usage
Any kind of clogs / drain line cleaning
Maintenance
Damage due to power outage
Estimates provided by the technician are valid for 1 month.
I used them about a week or so ago: they were very prompt to respond to the original request and gave me a very good price. The service technician was awesome, amazing customer service in general and he was very good at explaining and troubleshooting the problem.
OMG these people are amazing. First off I needed only to wait 15 min to get a quick response and a call back with a comprehensive quote after I described the issue. These people clearly had a great knowledge in the repair industry and fixed my air conditioner in a quick and easy manner. Even at the end they offered me a new customer discount and I was ecstatic with the already perfect service. Very happy with the service I received this week! I called their office when my fridge got warm and got an appointment same day! The technician was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He had the replacement parts with him, so he fixed it right away. Also gave me a discount as I was a new customer. Highly recommend!

I called them on Monday noon and our technician Ali came the next day morning. Ali arrived to our place on time and he was very polite!! We got leaking problem with our refrigerator and he did a awesome job fixing it! Quick and easy! Very professional and with a reasonable price! I am so glad that I called Swift Appliance Repair Service. Boris showed up early and finished quickly. My old dryer was quite noisy. Not only did he replace the belt, he vacuumed out the dryer and vent and found a few coins too. He was personable and professional. I will call this service again if I have any new concerns. Highly recommend !
Their front office gave me a 2-hour appointment window between 8am and 10am. Ivan and Boris arrived on time at 8am, which I really appreciate because it means minimal time away from my own office job. They diagnosed the problem with my fridge, explained the required parts and repair work, went out to pick up the parts and came back, and fixed my fridge promptly. From start to finish, the process only took a little more than 2 hours. These guys knew their stuff.
Andrew and Ivan came on time, unlike most other repair services. Very punctual. Had the parts with them, fixed it on the spot. Very professional and polite. Even took a look at my microwave and dishwasher and gave some helpful hints. Thanks guys!
Swift Appliance Repair is the perfect name for the service they deliver. My quote inquiry through Yelp was responded to promptly and an appointment was set for the following morning. The technician arrived at the beginning of the window and they got right to work.
Had an appointment at 4pm with Boris to fix our washer, he called and showed up at 3:30pm(sorry u wasn't home yet!) but it's nice when the appointment is on time nor late.
He quickly figured out the problem and off to Home Depot we went to purchase a part to fix the issue. Excellent service, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs.
We called Swift Appliance this week for a same day appointment. Ivan was our technician. Within 2 days, the necessary part for our broken oven was back in stock. The repair was handled within 15 minutes and the process was flawless.

Ivan called on a Saturday, and came the same day and fixed the problem with my washer. There was a secondary issue that needed a part, he was back on the Monday evening to install that.
He was prompt and called both times to warn that he was on his way. Labor costs seem high-ish for the amount of time spent, but I don't have time to study YouTube and this was an efficient and successful option, all things considered.
I just wish 3 year old washing machines wouldn't break down!
