Very happy with the service I received this week! I called their office when my fridge got warm and got an appointment same day! The technician was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He had the replacement parts with him, so he fixed it right away. Also gave me a discount as I was a new customer. Highly recommend!

I am so glad that I called Swift Appliance Repair Service. Boris showed up early and finished quickly. My old dryer was quite noisy. Not only did he replace the belt, he vacuumed out the dryer and vent and found a few coins too. He was personable and professional. I will call this service again if I have any new concerns. Their front office gave me a 2-hour appointment window between 8am and 10am. Ivan and Boris arrived on time at 8am, which I really appreciate because it means minimal time away from my own office job. They diagnosed the problem with my fridge, explained the required parts and repair work, went out to pick up the parts and came back, and fixed my fridge promptly. From start to finish, the process only took a little more than 2 hours. These guys knew their stuff.

Had an appointment at 4pm with Boris to fix our washer, he called and showed up at 3:30pm(sorry u wasn't home yet!) but it's nice when the appointment is on time nor late.
He quickly figured out the problem and off to Home Depot we went to purchase a part to fix the issue. Excellent service, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs.

Ivan called on a Saturday, and came the same day and fixed the problem with my washer. There was a secondary issue that needed a part, he was back on the Monday evening to install that.
He was prompt and called both times to warn that he was on his way. Labor costs seem high-ish for the amount of time spent, but I don't have time to study YouTube and this was an efficient and successful option, all things considered.
I just wish 3 year old washing machines wouldn't break down!
