Here we had another broken Whirlpool washing machine. The washing machine couldn't finish the cycle and was constantly running. During the diagnostics, our technician checked the control board and it was not functioning properly. Even though control board was receiving power, it was not sending it to the rest of the machine. After replacing the control board, the washing machine started working fine.
