Whirlpool refrigerator had ice accumulating only on one part of the coil, which meant that there was a freon leak in that spot. Freon leak sometimes can we repaired by welding, other times the leaky parts needs to be replaced. Our tech fixed the leak, recharged the system with refrigerant and fridge got back to normal.
