Good working washing machine is a must have especially when you have kids. And this is unfortunate when it goes out of order. Our customer called for help when their Samsung washing machine stopped operating and started throwing error codes. Technician determined that washer control board was defective. Samsung appliances are not reliable, but we hope that the repair we did would last long and customer would be able to use their washer for many more years.
