This is not the rear case when only one part of the refrigerator seizes to work, and freezer cools as usual. Ans this was the problem that one а our customers had when they called us. Initial problem was that the freezer side was ok, and refrigerator part was not cooling at all. Our technician found out that the evaporator fan motor was broken. Cold air was not coming to the freezer side, therefore if was not cooling down. After replacing the fan, cold air finally started circulating normally and temperature stabilized.
