Client called us with "refrigerator is not cooling" problem. During the diagnostics, our technician found out that the compressor was not operating. This could be due to short, freon leak, manufacturer defect.. Customer agreed to proceed with the compressor replacement and we ordered the part. Finally, compressor was replaced and refrigerator is working perfectly now.
