A customer called and said that the compressor in his refrigerator is not working anymore. After the diagnostics, a technician decided to replace a compressor. After receiving the compressor from LG(it was covered with warranty), our technician used a torch to install it. Few hours past, the refrigerator started gaining a normal temperature.
