LG refrigerators have a lot of compressor issues, and this was one of the cases. Customer called us when their fridge stopped cooling. We checked all the parts and found faulty compressor. LG warranty covered the compressor, and customer only paid us for the labor. We replaced the compressor, added refrigerant, sealed the system and customer got their LG refrigerator working.
