This Kenmore dryer was not starting. Technician checked all the parts responsible for starting, and they were fully functional. However, when he checked the motor, he found that the motor switch was bad. Motor could not start and drum was not rotating. We replaced the switch, and also broken idler pulley, and solved the issue. Happy customer got their dryer back in a working condition.
