Customer called us with a complaint on a Kenmore dryer that was making a terrible noise on a spin cycle. The drum was rotating, so the belt was fine. Our technician disassembled the dryer and found broken idler pulley. Luckily this was a common part and tech had it on him. He replaced the pulley, cleaned out the lint, put the dryer back together and the noise was gone.
